• CST: 8am start time - 7pm end time (CST)

• $900 per person (registration includes for all 4-training days)

• MD, DO, DPM (Florida only), RN, LPN, CNS, ARNP, CNA, CRT, RRT, RCP, CHT, CHRN

• A lite breakfast and lunch will be provided by the host facility for each of the course days.
